It depends on what you need. Individual coaching engagements can range from a focused 2-day intensive to a 6- or 12-month journey with regular sessions. Team programs typically run across six workshops with personal and team exercises at each stage. Every engagement is tailored to fit your schedule and goals.
Both. We work with startups, growing businesses, and established organizations alike. On the individual side, we offer executive coaching, leadership development, and assessments. On the team side, we offer group coaching, workshops, offsite retreats, and team performance programs. Many of our engagements start with an individual leader and naturally expand to include their team.
It varies by engagement. For individual coaching, only the participating leader needs to be involved. For team programs, we ask for active participation from all team members during workshops and exercises. We also recommend that a senior sponsor be available for alignment conversations at key milestones. The more your leadership team leans in, the more lasting the results.
